One of the main reasons I started GoS was to build my own community. I cringe a little writing that as 'community' gets thrown around so much these days that I can see its meaning being lost in the world of brand marketing, but at the end of the day it really was the driving force behind starting my brand.

So here we are in 2026 with the world sinking in more and more chaos as each day comes and goes. It's unsettling, and it's out of our control. I have a tendency to explore the depths of rabbit holes (of which there are a lot of lately... IFYKYK) which I attribute to my Gemini brain. But in doing this I have learnt that you can shout out into the void, or you can protect your peace and your patch. And this has led me to the simpler things - home, family, friends, my GoS community; the little rituals that bring happiness and safety in routine. And there is no better day for this than the magic of a Sunday.

In the spirit of building connections, meeting new people and forming new friendships, over time I hope to build a cosy space with a shared appreciation of Sunday and all that the day brings - offering a reprieve from the overwhelm that is our current world.
